“Our women’s lacrosse team competes in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) as a member of the NCAA Division III. The team is committed to the academic and athletic success of each student-athlete. The goals of our program begin with ensuring each student-athlete has the resources they need to become the best version of their self both on and off the field, capitalizing on individual strengths to achieve team goals.”

Kaitlyn Daly

Kaitlyn Daly is the head women’s lacrosse coach at Thomas College, where she leads the team to compete in the North Atlantic Conference. She has a passion for lacrosse and a wealth of experience as a player and a coach.

Kaitlyn started playing lacrosse at a young age and fell in love with the sport. She was a two-time All-American and a captain of her high school team. She then continued her lacrosse career at Franklin Pierce University, where she played and started all four years as a midfielder and a captain. She also coached many clinics, camps, and individual training sessions for players of all ages and levels throughout her college career.

After college, Kaitlyn became the head coach at Lawrence High School, where she helped the team improve their skills and performance. She enjoys teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse and inspiring young players to pursue their goals.

As the head coach at Thomas, she aims to create a positive and supportive environment for her players, where they can grow as athletes and as individuals. She also strives to instill a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and a love for the game in them. Kaitlyn is excited to be part of the Thomas community and to contribute to the success of the women’s lacrosse program.

She has most recently been added to her High Schools Hall of Fame for Basketball.
